About the Project
Structube, one of Canada’s leading modern furniture retailers, partnered with HI-Performance Construction for a full interior fit-out of their new showroom at Stock Yards Village in Toronto.
With a high-profile location and a fixed holiday launch date, precision, speed, and proactive coordination were critical. Our retail construction team managed every stage of the build, from demolition to electrical to lighting and millwork installation.
Working in constant coordination with Structube's team in Montreal and the local property management, we began preparation weeks in advance to mitigate challenges and streamline approvals. When a construction bin blocked a crucial 50-foot truck delivery, our team resolved it swiftly to prevent delays.
Through day-to-day coordination, detailed site management, and disciplined follow-through, we completed shelving, lighting, and finishing work on time. Our team delivered a polished retail showroom that reflected Structube's modern aesthetic, completed on schedule, within budget, and ready for customers on opening day.
