Structube
Location: Toronto, ON
HI-Performance Construction completed the demolition and full interior build-out of Structube’s Stockyards retail location. The project included large-format retail construction, electrical upgrades, new washrooms, and complete interior finishes, delivered through coordinated on-site execution and close alignment with the client’s team.
The space was completed on schedule and in line with Structube’s brand standards, supporting a seamless store opening.

Kid to Kid
Location: Burlington, ON
HI-Performance Construction completed the interior buildout of a Kid to Kid franchise, transforming an empty commercial space into a functional and inviting children’s retail environment. The project focused on durable finishes, effective lighting, and efficient traffic flow, with careful attention to shelving, flooring, and paint selections to support daily retail use and brand presentation.
The completed space delivered a polished franchise-ready store designed for long-term performance.

Activa Pharmacy
Location: Kitchener, ON
The complete construction of Activa Pharmacy’s first location was a full interior build-out, transforming a former retail unit into a bright, accessible neighbourhood pharmacy. The 2,000 sq. ft. medical fit-out included complete demolition, custom pharmacy installations, code-compliant systems, and accessible design features.
Despite a compressed five-week timeline and permitting constraints, the space was delivered to medical standards and now operates as a fully functional, community-focused pharmacy.

Upgrade Labs
Location: Oakville, ON
HI-Performance Construction completed a high-end interior fit-out for Upgrade Labs, a wellness-tech medical clinic focused on patient flow, brand integrity, and operational efficiency. The buildout delivered a refined clinical environment with integrated treatment areas, custom finishes, and a layout designed to support both patient experience and staff workflow.

LOC Medical
Location: Cambridge, ON
This project involved a full interior buildout for LOC Medical’s office operations, delivering a modern, functional workspace designed to support administrative, operational, and staff needs. The scope included private offices, open work areas, upgraded washrooms, kitchenette spaces, and durable finishes, resulting in a clean, efficient environment suited for day-to-day business operations.

Mold Masters
Location: Georgetown, ON
Interior office and boardroom renovation for Mold Masters’ Canadian headquarters, modernizing finishes and improving workspace functionality. The project included demolition, new partitions, upgraded electrical and plumbing, and refreshed common areas, supporting operational efficiency within an active commercial environment.

DHL
Location: Vaughan, ON
Large-scale industrial warehouse build-out spanning over 500,000 sq. ft. for DHL and IKEA, delivering office spaces, boardrooms, IT rooms, and security rooms, employee facilities, and high-capacity equipment charging infrastructure through streamlined, single-point project management.
The project was completed on schedule with upgraded electrical systems, improved energy efficiency, and safety-focused enhancements that supported efficient warehouse operations.

CTDI Warehouse
Location: Brampton, ON
This project involved the interior relocation and buildout of a 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse for CDTI, supporting the seamless transition of equipment and operations into a new Brampton facility. The scope included reconfiguring the space to accommodate heavy machinery stations, offices, washrooms, change rooms, rooftop unit installation, and electrical upgrades, all coordinated to minimize disruption and ensure a smooth operational startup.

Millipore Sigma
Location: Oakville, ON
Millipore Sigma required a complete, specialized pharmaceutical infrastructure upgrade to support the safe handling of high-value medical products. The project involved replacing 50 digitally controlled fridges and freezers, along with new electrical panels, ceiling-mounted power drops, integrated sensors, and real-time monitoring systems.
All work was executed with precision to meet the operational and sensitivity requirements of an active pharmaceutical environment.

Aaron’s Furniture
Location: 25+ locations across Canada
HI-Performance Construction has partnered with Aaron’s Furniture since 2009, delivering 25 retail locations across Canada. Each project involved transforming varied commercial spaces into brand-consistent, 3,000+ sq. ft. showrooms through interior demolition, reconfiguration, and coordinated system upgrades.
Our long-standing relationship reflects deep familiarity with Aaron’s brand standards and the ability to deliver reliable, on-schedule store openings at scale.

Subway
Location: North York
HI-Performance Construction completed a brand-standard interior fit-out for a Subway franchise, delivering a fully coordinated kitchen and service layout designed for efficient operations. The project included durable finishes, integrated service zones, and disciplined schedule control to support a timely store opening and consistent franchise execution.

North Star Montessori School
Location: Mississauga, ON
This project involved the full construction of a 6,000 sq. ft. aquatic centre for North Star Montessori School, expanding the school’s wellness and learning facilities. The build included complete site excavation, structural work, and the integration of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems, delivering a year-round, heated salt-water pool enclosed in a solarium-style structure.
Despite a complex permitting process, the project was completed on schedule, providing students with a safe, durable environment for aquatic training and daily use.
